Customer Service Information
Here at Coast & Country Interiors we know how important good service is to you, our customers. To ensure we can provide you with outstanding service there is some information that we think is important for you to know:
We provide two payment options for our customers through our website. The first is to checkout using the popular 'Paypal' payment solution and the second is provided by Barclaycard where you may use your credeit or debit card. Both options are provided by our partners and employ the highest levels of security. Coast and Country Interiors do not record your payment details within our website - no card information is stored.
All orders are received by us at our main shop location here in Bude, Cornwall. We endeavour to pick, pack and despatch your order within 2 working days however there are some instances when it may take a day or two longer. In these situations we will try and contact you eitther by email or telephone.
We use a number of delivery companies, including Royal Mail, Parcel Force and MyHermes. Again, for certain products we may choose to use other reputable couriers. It is also possible to 'click and collect' from either of our two stores (Barnstaple or Bude).
