Orders received from Monday to Sunday, will be dispatched within the following 7-14 days. This is a guide to allow for postal strikes, bad weather etc.
In most cases, orders are shipped within the same working week and can often be sent next day if requested, please do email or give us a call.
Orders received under the value of £50 are charged at £4.95 postage and despatched with the Royal Mail First Class postal service or DHL 48 hour courier dependent on size and weight of parcel.
Orders received above the value of £50 are charged at £6.95 postage and despatched using the secure signed for delivery service provided by DHL 48 hour courier.
We aim to keep all items in stock but occasionally we will temporarily sell out. In this case the item will display that it is out of stock and you will not be able to add it to your basket, but wherever possible you will be able to reserve items or an estimated back in stock date will be given if we have one.
