Delivery

Orders received before 5pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Orders received over the week-end will be dispatched on Mondays. We use Royal Mail First Class post for all deliveries. We aim to keep all items in stock but occasionally we temporarily sell out. In this case the item will display that it is out of stock and you will not be able to add it to your basket, but wherever possible you will be able to reserve items or an estimated back in stock date will be given if we have one.

Payment

Payments are processed using the PayPal secure on-line payment system. You do not have to create a PayPal account to do this. Should you wish to order and pay by cheque, please email enquiries@coastandcountryinteriors.co.uk.

Returns and Refunds

We will refund or replace any items that you are not completely satisfied with within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned with their original packaging, have not been used and are in the condition they were received. We will not be liable for the cost of shipping/handling returned goods, except where the goods are faulty. Shipping charges are not refundable except where the goods are faulty. All Handmade goods are subject to the standard variations that can occur with fabric items ie. patterns can occur in slightly different places according to the design of the product and may vary slightly from product photographs and as such are not considered to be faulty.

If you do not specify a preference where there is more than one colour choice as an option, then any colour will be allocated and dispatched to you.

Please contact us before returning any goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.

All our prices are shown in £ sterling and include V.A.T. but not delivery charges (which are added at checkout stage). We reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order except in the instance where an error has occurred. In the event that an error is discovered with the price of any goods you may have ordered we will inform you as soon as we can whereupon we will give you the option of amending your order at the correct price or canceling it.

Data Privacy

Your payment is processed by PayPal. All customer information is kept strictly confidential on secure encrypted servers. We do not keep credit card information. We do not and will not pass your details to any third party.

We abide by the requirements of the Data protection act 1998.
