From our own shopping experience we know the anticipation you have to receive your lovely parcels once you have placed your order. We aim to ship as quickly as possible. Most of our UK parcels do arrive within 5 working days of postage via standard 1st class delivery or courier but we can not guarantee this unless additional Special delivery is paid for, therefore please do allow up to 7 working days. We can not be held responsible for postage delays either in the UK or overseas.

All parcels are sent with Royal Mail or by a reputable courier service.
Orders for delivery within UK mainland are charged at £3.99
Order for delivery to UK highlands and Islands are charged at £9.99
Orders for delivery to Europe are charged at £15.00
Orders for delivery to the rest of the world are charged at £40.00
In the unlikely event of non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 15 working days from the due date of delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland and 28 working days from the due date of delivery for Europe and the Rest of the World. We regret that this is because that it is only this point that the Post Office officially declare the parcel as lost. If it is discovered that an incorrect address has been supplied we will not be liable for the failure to deliver and may subsequently reclaim loss.
We aim to keep all items in stock but occasionally we will temporarily sell out and the website may not have updated to show this stock change. In this case we will drop you a phone call, email or note with the rest of your parcel to estimate the delivery time and the item will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives back in stock.
If you have not received automatic confirmation of your order by email, do please check ALL of your email folders, as some customer security settings are set to a "high alert / non incoming mail " level.
